When you buy any of my artwork, you acknowledge that you've reviewed and accepted the terms listed here. If there's any breach of these terms, I reserve the authority to cancel the commission and retain any payments made. Additionally, I hold the right to adjust, modify, or recolor previous sketches in future commissions. Under no circumstances may my artwork or commissions be used for NFTs.

Payment
Booking Process: Client must provide a refundable deposit of 1/2 of the total fee. The remaining balance is due before delivery.
Payment Methods: I can only accept Paypal via Goods & Services method. Make sure it is paid in USD.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
- Not started: Full refund minus any transaction fees.
- Initial sketch stage: Partial refund (e.g., 75% of payment returned).
- Line art stage: Partial refund (e.g., 50% of payment returned).

Deliverables & Turnaround Time
Deliverables:
- You will receive a sketch for review, where you can request fixes, changes, removals, or additions.
- Any missing details from your order form will be fixed for free.
- I am not responsible for issues due to incomplete or missing information from the client.Turnaround Time: The typical turnaround time for delivery of the final image(s) is 1-3 weeks after the initial sketch. I will make reasonable efforts to meet this deadline but do not guarantee it. Please let me know if there is a deadline required.
Image Usage & Copyright
Copyright: All images produced by the artist are the property of Vencrypt Creations and are protected by copyright law. The Client is to use the images for personal use only.Commercial Use: The Client may not use the images for commercial purposes without prior written consent from the artist. Additional fees may apply for commercial usage rights.Social Media and Website Use: The Client may share the images on social media and personal websites, provided that credit is given to Vencrypt Creations and the images are not altered or edited in any way.Cryptocurrencies & AI Art Usage: My artwork, commissions, or any derivative works are strictly prohibited from being used in any form of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, or NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens) and any form of AI training, AI generation, or any related machine-learning technologies.

Status: OPEN / Make Your OwnAppearance: Most diverse in appearance, varying in shape, size, and color. Their bodies are mainly organic, but their heads remain technological. Resembles simple binary sequences with a series of light and dark segments, while others might have patterns that mimic Morse code, with dots and dash markings on their bodies.Abilities: Understanding of the basic low-level languages such as binary, hexadecimal, BASIC, assembly and Morse code. They are often seen communicating in flashes of light or rhythmic sounds that resemble old telegraph systems.Role: Serves as maintainers of the base infrastructure of the world, ensuring codes and signals that keep portals and other technologies running smoothly are in place.
Dhuk
Status: CLOSED / OTA, DTA, etc.Appearance: More defined and sophisticated compared to Basits. They often exhibit characteristics that reflect the programming languages they’re based on.Abilities: Proficient in higher-level programming languages such as Java, C, Swift, and Ruby. They can also understand and use low-level languages, are are known for their problem-solving abilities and are often the architects and developers of more complex technologies and systems within their world.Role: They are an important role in advancing the technological capabilities of their society. Comprises of engineers, developers, and innovators.
Genesis
Status: CLOSED / Auctions OnlyAppearance: Giants of the Pogil world, towering over the other subspecies. They’re influenced by the operating systems and networking technologies they embody. They have more robotic features, having visible wires, circuitry and nodes throughout their bodies.Abilities: Proficient in networking and operating systems and can interface with multiple technologies simultaneously. They are the guardians of the portals, ensuring secure and efficient travel between different regions. Their vast knowledge and power make them the leaders in technological advancements.Role: Rulers and protectors of the Pogil society, overseeing the functioning of the entire technological ecosystem and are often involved in making critical decisions that affect the entire world.

Pogils primarily derive their energy from digital sources. They have the ability to convert digital signals, data streams, and energy packets generated within their technological environment into usable energy for sustenance. This process involves specialized organs or systems within their bodies that are capable of interfacing directly with digital interfaces and networks.
Communication
Pogils communicate using a mixture of organic and technological means. Basit Pogils often use light flashes and rhythmic sounds, mimicking ancient forms of Morse code and binary. Dhuk Pogils communicate more efficiently, using a combination of verbal speech and direct interfacing with technology, exchanging data packets and signals seamlessly. Genesis Pogils can communicate across vast distances, interfacing with networks and portals to send information instantly throughout their world. They are capable of influencing the flow of information in their society, making them key figures in communication.
Pogils are a highly evolved species that mix organic and technological elements, divided into three hierarchical tiers: Basit, Dhuk, and Genesis. They help keep their world running by using different codes and languages, with bodies that combine animal-like traits and high-tech features.

Are you available outside of the Kansas City area for a personal photoshoot?
No, I primarily serve clients within the Kansas City area. If I am attending a convention and you are interested in photos outside of con space, please message me for arrangements.
How many photos will I recieve?
The number of photos depends on your package, session length, and shoot details. For specifics, feel free to ask any questions about my services!
Where do the photoshoots take place?
Photoshoots can be done on location outdoors, at an event/convention, or in a studio setting. I’m open to discussing specific locations!
Do I need to have a fursuit to book a session?
No, you don’t need a fursuit! I can also photograph cosplays, partial suits, or characters without suits.
This is my first photoshoot, what should I know?
Be sure to bring any necessary fursuit parts or accessories, stay hydrated, and I will help out on ideas of what poses or shots you’d like me to capture.
When can I expect to recieve my photos?
Turnaround time depends on the shoot's complexity and my workload. You can usually expect your photos within 1-3 weeks.
Can I get the raw files from my photoshoot?
No, I don’t provide raw files as they are unfinished work and don't reflect the final quality of the images I deliver.
Can I bring a friend or handler to the photoshoot?
Absolutely! Having a handler or friend can make it smoother, especially if you’re in a fursuit.
Terms of service
Booking and Payment
Booking Process: To secure a booking, the Client must provide a non-refundable deposit of 1/3 of the total fee. The remaining balance is due 2 days before the scheduled session or event.Payment Methods: I can only accept Paypal via Goods & Services method.Cancellation Policy: If the Client cancels the booking, the deposit is non-refundable. If the Client cancels within 2 days of the scheduled session, the Client is not responsible for paying the remaining balance.
Scheduling & Rescheduling
Rescheduling by Client: The Client may request to reschedule the session by providing notice at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees. The deposit can be transferred to the new date. Cancellations less than 48 hours prior to the session will forfeit the deposit.Rescheduling by Photographer: In the unlikely event that I need to reschedule, I will notify the Client as soon as possible and offer alternative dates. If no suitable dates are available, a full refund of the deposit will be provided.

Liability
I will take reasonable steps to provide a safe and professional environment during the session. However, I am not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during the session.Force Majeure: I am not liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, illness, or travel restrictions. In such cases, I will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the session or provide a refund.
